Shutdown Day

Shutdownday.org is asking computer users to power off all day on March 24th.

It’s, I guess, an experiment to see if we technophiles can live without a computer running. Will it make the internet faster if people aren’t there? How will we know about the speed increase if our computers are shut down?

Luckily Shutdown Day falls on a Saturday. No problem walking away here.
