Grindhouse, the new double-feature from Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino is a sit-on-your but and get all the thrills, chills and spills kinda idea that only these two could come up with.

Seeing a trailer for films like this remind me of the old days in Phoenix watching World Beyond on Saturday morning or Edmus Scary late at night (before he was arrested for child molestation). Movies that really needed no plot and were all about the chicks and action…well, on local TV is was more about the action.

Anyway, Grindhouse gives you two films for the price of one, Planet Terror and Death Proof complete with faux movie trailers in between.

Here’s a little video I shot at the recent Billy Joel concert. It’s the AC/DC song Highway To Hell as sung by ‘Chainsaw’ one of the Billy Joel roadies and backed up by the entire touring band.

Some of it was shot through a pair of binoculars.

I saw this at the doctor’s office today. Don’t ask what it was for.
