ok…color me green…while I’m in Chicago freezing my ASS RIGHT OFF for a conference where I am treated like a pariah you are in/on your way to Jamaica.

Sort of reminds me of when I lived in Key West.

The house was situated in such a way as to allow you to watch the sunrise and the sunset without any obstructions. Of course it was more fun to wander down to the water and listen to the tourists “ooh” and “ahh” at the sight.

When I lived in Seattle, I worked in a hospital on one of the higher hills. You could watch the sunrise over the Cascades and Lake Washington and the sunset over Puget Sound and the Olympics on Kitsap Peninsula. Beautiful!!

Remember that thing I wrote yesterday about it being “bright and early”, well, I lied. but not intentionally.

It’s 3:15am and I’m up…sorta.

We’re up getting our schizz-nit together and are (almost) ready to hit the road.

I’m sorry, the party you are trying to reach has taken a leave of absence to Jamaica…

That’s right. Bright and early tomorrow, we are off to the Sandals resort in beautiful Whitehouse, Jamaica.

Aside from the 2 miles of private, white sand beach and the 500 acre natural reserve, this resort has the largest swimming pool in all of Jamaica.

So, while you’re likely to be working your (collective) fingers to the bone and staring at computer screens (like right now), we’ll be sipping frothy rum drinks and dipping our toes in clear, Carribean waters.

Tonight will my last show in the studio doing Your Mac Life. YML is moving to Connecticut…a distance that’s too far for me to commute once a week.

Don’t worry, it won’t be the last time I’m on the show…just in the studio.
