dreams of africa
I don’t know why I was there or who I was with.
We drove into a large preserve and found ourselves at different places. Everything we did radiated out from a warped, cracked and leaky two-story building that was our lodgings. We swam in a deep, slow-moving river surrounded but tall, dense, tropical forest. Swimming was a reprieve from the heat of the day.
Seems that we were going to fix up an old car or refubish the building. There weren’t the type of threats that you assume with being out in the wild; lions and tigers and zebra! We were all bathed in sweat most of the time and looked a little ragged and dirty. Like Diane Fosse after being out with the apes a while.
that’s about all I remember.
